Should cigarette advertisements be banned?

Although cigarette advertisements are already banned in many countries and WHO insists that they should be banned completely, I do not believe that they should be banned for the three following reasons.
The first reason is that it is unfair to tobacco industry. There is strong opposition to smoking already, therefore tobacco industry is under siege and if even the advertisements are banned, it will have a devastating effect on the industry. The right of tobacco companies and farmers should be protected.
The second reason is that it is unreasonable to ban the advertisements of legal products. Smoking cigarette is not illegal. I believe if the government is to prohibit the advertisements of cigarettes, then it should ban cigarettes altogether because otherwise it is so incoherent.
The third reason is that cigarette advertisements can increase the amount of cigarette tax the government can collect. Considering the current economic situation, the government needs money in order to deal with many problems. Hence cigarette advertisements should not be banned because they are a great way for the government to raise money.
As I mentioned, for the aforesaid three reasons, I do not believe that cigarette advertisements should be banned.
