The pros and cons of the double-income family

Although some people are against the double-income family, I am for it for the following three reasons.
The first reason is that it is not something for others to meddle. It is none of other people’s business but that of the people concerned. Moreover, what is right or wrong is subjective concept and not for others to decide. It is nonsense for others to criticize other people’s way of life and force their opinions to others.
The second reason is that mothers should have the right to work. It is just an unfair stereotype to think that men can work outside of home but women should stay home in order to do housework and parenting. These old unfair stereotypes and illogical prejudice are obsolete and unintelligent.
The third reason is that children can be more independent if both parents work and are not home. Although small children, say the age of 0 to 5, need parents’ attention, it is useful for children over the age of 6 to spend more time alone because being alone is extremely important to become more independent and cultivate people’s character.
As I mentioned, for the aforementioned reasons, I am for the double-income family.
