How to deal with everyday stress

 Although I know there are a lot of ways to relieve stress in everyday life, I think that there are two most effective ways to deal with everyday stress.
 The first effective way is exercising. For example, going to a gym, taking a walk or run, doing some sports like baseball, soccer, tennis, etc. It helps you release accumulated physical energy and pent-up emotions. It also works to allow you to clear your mind and forget about trivial events that contribute to stress in your life by focusing on other things that are not stressful.
 The second effective way is laughter. As the popular sayings go “laughter is the best medicine” and “laugh, and the world laughs with you”. Laughter is fun and relieves stress and takes the pressure off you. And what’s more, medical research has validated that laughter can enhance immune system and reduce pain by releasing endorphins that are more potent than morphine. In a nutshell, laughter is an elixir for every day stress.
 As I mentioned above, exercising and laughter are the most effective ways to cope with stress in everyday life. A good thing about these ways is easy and cheap to carry out.
